1968 … ‘2001’ centrifuge set (by x-ray delta one)

this is the exterior of the centrifuge which we see in the movie as the central living quarters of the astronauts aboard the ‘Discovery’.
The entire contsruction revolved as evidenced by the scene of astronaut Poole jogging it’s 360 degree ‘length’.
